2

Getting Started

Follow these steps to set up your account and start accepting deliveries.

1

Complete Your Profile

Add your full name, phone number, email, profile photo, and address. A complete profile builds trust with the system and customers.

2

Add Vehicle Details

Enter your vehicle type (Bicycle, Bike, Scooter, Auto, Van), registration number, brand, model, and year. This helps assign suitable deliveries.

3

Upload Documents

Upload clear photos of your required documents for verification:

PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Vehicle Insurance — all must be valid and clearly readable
4

Set Service Areas & Preferred Pincodes

Choose the areas and pincodes where you want to deliver. You'll receive orders primarily from your selected zones.

5

Set Order Preferences

Select which order types you want to handle: Grocery, Instant, or Standard deliveries. You can change this anytime.

6

Add Bank Account for Payouts

Enter your bank account number, IFSC code, and account holder name. This is where your earnings will be deposited.

7

Clock In to Start Receiving Orders

Once verified, tap the "Clock In" button on your dashboard to go online and start receiving delivery requests.

You must be clocked in to receive orders. Clock out when you're done for the day.

Pickup & Drop Location

Shows the shop address (pickup) and customer address (drop) with distance from your current location to each.

Items Summary

Quick overview of what's in the order — number of items, type (grocery/food/package), and any special handling notes.

Distance & Earnings

Total delivery distance and estimated earnings for this order. Helps you decide if it's worth accepting.

Accept/Reject with Timer

Two buttons with a countdown timer. If you don't respond in time, the order goes to the next available partner.

Reject Reasons

If you need to reject an order, select one of these reasons:

Too Far

Pickup or drop is beyond your comfortable range

Cannot Reach in Time

ETA doesn't match your current situation

Vehicle Issue

Breakdown, flat tire, or fuel problem

Personal Reason

Personal emergency or availability issue

Heavy Order

Items too heavy for your vehicle

Other

Any other reason not listed above

4

Order Types

Understanding different delivery types helps you choose the right orders.

Standard Drops

Regular package deliveries from shops to customers. Single pickup, single drop.

Grocery Stream

Grocery deliveries with multi-stop routes. Pick up from multiple shops in one run.

Instant Runs

Express/urgent deliveries with higher earnings. Faster turnaround required.

Proximal Sorting

Orders sorted by proximity to your location. Closest pickups first.

Which type should I优先?

Standard Drops are the most common and steady. Grocery Stream offers multi-stop efficiency for higher hourly earnings. Instant Runs pay more but require faster delivery. Proximal Sorting minimizes travel distance between orders.

5

During Delivery

Step-by-step guide for handling a delivery from pickup to completion.

1

Navigate to Shop

Use the Live Map for optimal routing to the pickup location. Follow turn-by-turn navigation to reach the shop efficiently.

2

Arrive at Shop & Verify with OTP

When you arrive, tap "Arrived at Shop". The shopkeeper will give you a 6-digit OTP. Enter it in the app to verify the handoff.

Never collect items without entering the correct OTP. This ensures order integrity and prevents fraud.
3

Pick Up Items & Confirm Pickup

Collect all items from the shopkeeper. Verify the count matches the order. Tap "Confirm Pickup" once you have everything.

4

Navigate to Customer

Use the Live Map to navigate to the customer's delivery address. Follow the recommended route for fastest delivery.

5

Collect Payment (COD Orders)

For Cash on Delivery orders, collect the exact amount from the customer. You can also accept UPI/Card payments if the customer prefers digital payment.

6

Get Delivery Note

Take a signature or photo as proof of delivery. This protects you against disputes and confirms successful handoff.

7

Mark Delivered & Get Rated

Tap "Mark as Delivered" to complete the order. The customer will rate your service. Your earnings for this delivery are added to your wallet.

7

Your Profile & Performance

Understanding your performance metrics helps you improve and earn more.

Key Metrics Tracked

Acceptance Rate %

Percentage of orders you accept vs. orders offered to you. Higher acceptance rate = more priority orders.

Completion Rate %

Percentage of accepted deliveries you successfully complete. Cancellations after acceptance lower this score.

On-Time Delivery %

Percentage of deliveries completed within the estimated time. Fast deliveries improve this metric.

Average Rating

Customer feedback score out of 5. Higher ratings unlock better orders and bonus incentives.

Weekly Summary

Complete weekly report of deliveries, earnings, time worked, and distance covered.

Time & Distance Stats

Track average delivery time, total hours worked, distance covered, and fuel efficiency.

Tips to Improve Your Performance

Accept More Orders

Keep your acceptance rate high by accepting orders when you're available. This signals reliability to the system.

Deliver On Time

Use the Live Map for efficient routing. Avoid unnecessary stops during active deliveries.

Handle Packages Carefully

Treat every package as if it's fragile. Careful handling prevents damage complaints and bad ratings.

Be Polite to Customers

A friendly greeting and professional attitude leads to better ratings and tips.

Keep Your Phone Charged

A dead phone means missed orders. Carry a power bank and keep your device above 20%.

8

Safety & Settings

Your safety comes first. Configure settings to stay secure and comfortable.

SOS Emergency Button

Transmits your GPS coordinates instantly to emergency contacts and the support team. Use only in genuine emergencies.

Accept Orders Quickly

Fast acceptance improves your acceptance rate and gets you priority for high-value orders.

Handle Items Carefully

Food and grocery items need careful handling — maintain temperature, avoid breakage, and keep bags upright.

Maintain 4.5+ Rating

Ratings above 4.5 unlock priority orders, better incentives, and faster payouts. Customer satisfaction is key.
