Setting Up Your Profile

A complete profile is essential to get more bookings. Follow these steps to set up everything.

1

2

Accept or Reject

Click "Accept" to confirm the booking or "Reject" if you're unavailable. The customer gets a notification about your response.

Quick tip: Accept bookings quickly to get higher ratings and more visibility on the platform!
3

Set Availability & Confirm Time

Set the exact date and time for the service. Confirm the schedule with the customer through the chat or call feature.

4

On the Way / Arrived

When you're heading to the customer, update the status to "On the Way". Once you reach, mark as "Arrived". The customer can track your status in real-time.

5

Service in Progress

Start the service and mark as "Work in Progress". The customer can see that you've started working on their request.

6

OTP Verification

When the service is complete, the customer provides an OTP. Enter the OTP to verify the service completion. This prevents disputes.

7

Service Completed — Get Paid!

After OTP verification, the booking is marked as "Completed". The payment moves to escrow and will be settled in the next payout cycle.

Booking Statuses Explained

Each booking goes through multiple statuses. Here's what each one means.

Pending

Customer has submitted a booking request. You haven't responded yet. Action required: Accept or reject the booking as soon as possible. Fast responses improve your ranking.

Accepted

You've accepted the booking. Now set the confirmed date and time. The customer will be notified of the schedule. You can still chat with the customer to finalize details.

In Progress

The service has started. You can update through sub-statuses: On the Way → Arrived → Work in Progress. The customer can track your progress in real-time.

On the Way

You're traveling to the customer's location. The customer can see your estimated arrival time. Mark as "Arrived" once you reach the location.

Arrived

You've reached the customer's location. Greet the customer, discuss the work, and start the service. Mark as "Work in Progress" when you begin.

Work in Progress

You're actively working on the service. Complete the work and update the final amount if needed. Once done, ask the customer for the OTP to verify completion.

OTP Pending

Service is complete, waiting for the customer to share the OTP. The OTP verifies the service was done correctly. Enter the OTP to complete the booking and trigger payment.

Completed

Service is done, OTP verified, and booking is closed. Payment moves to escrow and will be settled in the next payout cycle. Customer can leave a review and rating.

Cancelled

Either you or the customer cancelled the booking. If you cancel too many bookings, your profile visibility may be reduced. Try to avoid cancellations when possible.

Pro Tip

Always update the status in real-time. Customers love transparency. Mark "On the Way" when you leave, "Arrived" when you reach, and "Work in Progress" when you start. This builds trust and gets you better ratings.

5

Availability & Calendar

Manage when you're available for bookings. Keep your schedule updated so customers can book you at the right time.

1

Set Working Hours Per Day

Go to Availability and set your start and end time for each day of the week. For example: Monday 9 AM - 6 PM, Tuesday 10 AM - 5 PM, etc. Customers can only book within your working hours.

2

Block Holiday Dates

Going on vacation or have a personal day? Block those dates so customers can't book you. This prevents last-minute cancellations and keeps your reputation intact.

3

Use Calendar to See Bookings

The calendar view shows all your upcoming bookings visually. See your week at a glance, identify busy days, and plan your workload efficiently.

4

Toggle Availability On/Off

Need a quick break? Toggle your availability off temporarily. When off, new booking requests won't come to you until you turn it back on.

Availability Tips

Keep your availability updated at all times. Customers prefer providers with accurate schedules. If you accept a booking, make sure you're available at the committed time. Last-minute cancellations hurt your ranking significantly.

Weekly Schedule

Set different working hours for each day. Weekends can have different timings than weekdays.

Holiday Blocking

Block dates for vacations, festivals, or personal days. Prevents bookings on days you're unavailable.

Quick Toggle

Instantly turn availability on/off. Great for unexpected situations or quick breaks.

6

Earnings & Payouts

Understanding how payments work helps you track your income and plan your finances better.

Earnings Overview

See your daily, weekly, and monthly earnings at a glance. Track trends and grow your service business with data-driven insights.

Escrow System

Money is held in escrow (secure holding) after a customer pays. It's released to you only after the service is completed and OTP verified. This protects both you and the customer.

Settlement Cycles

Payouts are settled twice a month: 1st-7th (services from previous period) and 15th-22nd. Money is sent directly to your bank account.

Bank / UPI for Payouts

Add your bank account or UPI ID in My Profile. This is where your earnings will be transferred after each settlement cycle.

My Payouts Tracking

View all past payouts with dates, amounts, and transaction IDs. Download statements for your records and tax purposes.

How Escrow & Settlement Works

1

Customer Pays

When a customer books your service, they pay the service amount. This money goes into escrow (a secure holding account) — not directly to you yet.

2

Service Completed + OTP Verified

Once you complete the service and the customer provides the OTP, the escrow is released. The amount (minus platform commission) is marked for your payout.

3

Settlement Cycle

Your earnings are grouped into settlement cycles: 1st-7th and 15th-22nd. All earnings from that period are batched together for a single payout.

4

Bank Transfer

The settled amount is transferred to your registered bank account or UPI. You'll receive a notification when the transfer is initiated and completed.

Earnings Tip

The escrow system protects both parties. You're guaranteed payment after service completion, and customers are protected if the service isn't delivered. Always complete the OTP verification to release the escrow quickly.

7
