Follow these simple steps to start using SimiTolk:
Install SimiTolk straight from your browser — tap Install App on Android or Add to Home Screen on iPhone. The web app is under 1 MB, works offline, and updates itself automatically.
Open the app and sign up with your mobile number. You'll receive a 6-digit OTP for verification. Add your name, email (optional), and delivery address. You can also sign in later using the same number.
Allow location access or manually enter your delivery pincode. SimiTolk uses your location to show available products, nearby service providers, and delivery estimates specific to your area in Maharashtra.
Go to Settings > Language and pick from 11 Indian languages. The entire app including menus, product descriptions, chatbot, and support will switch to your chosen language instantly.
Browse the home feed for deals, search for products, explore service categories, or check upcoming events. Use the bottom navigation bar to switch between Home, Shop, Services, Events, and Profile sections.

Use the Shop tab to explore 1,500+ products across categories: Electronics, Fashion, Home Appliances, Beauty, Grocery, and Gifts. Use filters by price, brand, rating, and category. Sort by popularity, newest, or price low-to-high.
Tap any product to view details, images, reviews, and specifications. Select quantity and tap "Add to Cart". For grocery items, you can adjust quantity in grams, kg, or pieces. Your cart is saved even if you close the app.
Review your cart, apply any coupon codes, and choose your payment method: Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, or SimiTolk Wallet. Free delivery on orders above ₹499.
After placing an order, go to My Orders in the Profile tab. See real-time status: Confirmed, Packed, Shipped, Out for Delivery, or Delivered. For delivery tracking, a live map shows your delivery partner's exact location with ETA.
After delivery, rate the product and leave a review. Your feedback helps other customers make informed decisions and helps sellers improve their quality.

Sign up and select "Service Provider" as your role. Complete your KYC with Aadhaar, upload your professional certificates, set your service categories, and define your service area (pincodes).
Get notified when a customer books your service. View the job details, customer location, and estimated earnings. Accept or decline within the response time. Once accepted, the customer can track you in real-time.
